Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and health regulations (e.g., HACCP).
Menu & Nutrition: Plan nutritious, appealing menus that meet client needs and dietary restrictions.
Customer Service: Address complaints, engage with clients, and improve dining experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Generally requires 4+ years of food service experience, with 1–3 years in a management role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or nutrition, or equivalent experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, budgetary, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., ServSafe Certification).
